"Dewatsuru hisho-no-mai Jyunmai Daiginjo" was brewed by using locally grown sake rice“Akita sake Komachi”, clear underground water from Dewa hills and great efforts from sake craftsman.
The combination of light apple scent, elegant flavor and delicate texture gives a wonderful impression of this remarkable sake. Recommend to taste it at 10-15℃ and enjoy the multi-change of Ginjo-aroma.
