Flights departing from Taipei (TPE): Pre-order service is available 14 days before flight date, up to 24 hours prior to flight departure time (Local Time).

Flights departing from Taichung(RMQ): Pre-order is available 14 days before flight date, up to 48 hours prior to flight departure time(Local Time).

Flights from Asia to Taipei (TPE): Pre-order service is available 14 days before flight date, up to 48 hours prior to flight departure time (Local Time).

Flights from Asia to Taichung(RMQ): Pre-order is available 14 days before flight date, up to 48 hours prior to flight departure time(Local Time).

Flights from North America to Taipei (TPE): Pre-order service is available 14 days before flight date, up to 72 hours prior to flight departure time (Local Time).

1. Add your favorite items to cart.
2. Once your items are confirmed, please select your payment method.
3. Payment can be paid by credit card. Fill in the relevant payment information, and then confirm the payment amount of your order.
4. After completing the order , you will receive an email of order confirmation. If you have not received the email within an hour, please contact the STARLUX Customer Service Center through Contact Information.

Passport or credit card will be required by cabin crew for pre-order collection and verification.
